Chilly is shivering in his igloo when he sees a TV commercial for a Mexican Cruise. He has no money so he tries to sneak aboard the ship. Smedley works on the ship and tries to keep Chilly off of the ship. (Chilly does lots of butt-kicking in this episode. Too funny!
